Here at Boyer's Bounces we know how important the big day can be. Whether you’re putting together your child’s 5th birthday party or having a carnival in your church parking lot. We can ensure, that working with Boyer's Bounces you’ll always get a professionalism guarantee.
Safety concerns are not a factor with Boyer's Bounces. We teach and encourage safety every step of the way. From providing you with a list of dont’s in our rental agreement to providing trained service attendants who will setup the equipment for you and teach you how to address any problems if they occur while we are not on site.
There are no hidden fees. You will also receive a confirmation email following your order. Please contact us if there are any discrepancies with your order.
Lastly, cleanliness is priority. After setup, you will always see our service attendants clean the inflatable prior to allowing children to access it and will always show up 30 minutes before the end of the event to breakdown the inflatable and clean the bounce house again before packing it away.

THE SAFETY OF EACH CHILD IS ALWAYS OUR NUMBER #1 CONCERN. WE ENSURE YOU THAT ALL OF OUR INFLATABLE RENTALS ARE LEAD FREE AND STORED IN A SAFE DRY AND COOL ENVIRONMENT. OUR BOUNCE HOUSES ARE ALSO CLEANED BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE TO REDUCE THE SPREAD OF GERMS AND BACTERIA.

DO I NEED A SERVICE ATTENDANT?
A service attendant is highly recommended but not required. To ensure that the inflatable is not returned filthy, we recommend hiring a trained service attendant to monitor the safety of your children and avoid excessive dirtiness which will result in a cleanup fee.
HOW SAFE IS IT?
Each bounce house rental comes with an attendant who IFÂ remain present for the duration of the event. The attendant will always keep a keen eye on the safety of the children and alert any chaperons if there is a safety concern.Â
Boyer's Bounces also fully tests each bounce house after setup and does a detailed cleaning of the interior with children safe cleaning products to reduce risk of bacteria and germs.
WHAT AGES AND SIZES ARE APPROPRIATE?
We advise that only children 18 years and younger jump in the bounce houses. Only adults should operate.
Each bounce house is designed for children under 100lbs each. It is up to an adult’s discretion to determine whether or not a child’s weight is appropriate.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES?
Here at Boyer's Bounces we do not have any hidden fees. There are no delivery fees, no setup or breakdown fees. An attendant will always help get things started to ensure the safety and absolute fun during your special event.Â
If you would like a service attendant for the duration of the event there is an additional $75 fee per day but it is not required.
However, a travel fee is required if the location of the event extends past 30 miles from the 19138Â zip code at a flat rate of $20 and an additional $5 per every 10 miles.
HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN FIT IN A BOYER'S BOUNCES RENTAL?
Please visit our store to refer to the sizes and weight limits for each inflatable prior to your selection. Consider booking multiple inflatables If you will be hosting a large block party, fair, gathering etc.
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING?
Each bounce house requires an electrical source or extension cord within 100 feet of operation to ensure air and safety of children while enjoying Boyer's Bounces. In order to keep your cost as low as possible we ask all of our customers to be ready to assist us with an available electrical outlet in order to avoid the need of a generator.
ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS ON MY SPECIAL DAY?
To ensure there are no breaks in enjoyment we ask that all children’s shoes be removed prior to entering Boyer's Bounces. We also ask as a sanitary measure that each child has on a pair of socks before entering the bounce house.Â
No food, drink, candy, or gum is allowed to be consumed while enjoying Boyer's Bounces.
