All rentals require a flat area (size requirements below) and need to be free from trees, electric lines, and cable lines of at least 20 feet. We use a standard outlet and we bring extension cords for set up in the yard. An outlet must be within 100 feet of the Bounce House, otherwise we have a generator for rent. We stake the Bounce House with heavy duty stakes and if the set up is on pavement, sand bags are provided for tie down. If you are having an outdoor event, please refrain from mowing the grass the day of and we will NOT set up in mud.
In the case of inclement weather, no Bounce House can be set up with winds exceeding 20 mph or in the rain. In the case of inclement weather, your deposit will be returned. Any cancellations other than weather related concerns must be made 2 weeks in advance, prior to day of the event.
All prices include set up, tear down and delivery if it is within a 20 mile radius. There will be a delivery fee of $5 per mile over 20 miles, and $6 per mile over 30 miles. The price also includes rental of the Bounce House for the duration of your event.
